Announced capacity from SEC filings and company releases — not operating megawatts: the earliest delivery is the Crane restart targeted for 2027, and several deals run to 2030–2035. Deal MW types differ (PPAs on operating plants vs new construction). "None since January 2026" describes this log of named deals, not a claim about private negotiations.
